The Seniors Helping Seniors Program is committed to promoting quality of life for seniors in the Kimberley area. The program arranges and supports matched friendly relationships between selected senior volunteers and other more isolated seniors to increase social interaction and community networks, provide peer support, and ultimately decrease isolation. Seniors who are looking for social stimulation, one-to-one visits, transportation, or a walking partner could find companionship through the Senior Helping Seniors Friendly Visitor Program.
